Besqueens’ mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered home and community-based services that promote independence, dignity, safety, and meaningful community participation for individuals of all abilities. Besqueens provides home and community-based personal care attendant services and person-centered group home supports to individuals in Iowa, Nebraska, and Indiana. Our programs are designed to promote independence, dignity, safety, and meaningful community integration while meeting state and Medicaid HCBS standards in each service area.
PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT SERVICES
Besqueens provides non-medical personal care and daily living support to assist individuals in remaining safe and independent in their homes and communities. Services may include, but are not limited to:
HCBS SERVICES
Besqueens provides person-centered residential supports in licensed group home and supported living settings to assist individuals with disabilities and health conditions to live safely, independently, and meaningfully in the community.
Besqueens promotes full access to community life in compliance with the HCBS Final Rule, ensuring individuals are not isolated and can participate in typical community activities of their choosing.

All employees must successfully complete the following before providing services:

5. Education & Credential Review
6. Health & Fitness for Duty
7. Drug & Alcohol Screening (when required or risk-based)
8. Mandatory Orientation & Training
Employees are not permitted to work independently until all screening and training requirements are completed and documented.
